The Woodstock Winter Beer Festival, hosted by Drifter Brewing Company, returns for its fifth year on Saturday, 27 July 2019, at the historic Castle of Good Hope. The festival features creative one-off beers and ciders produced by 20 local microbreweries in the Western Cape region.

Aside from the beer, there will be food vendors with vegan and vegetarian options, non-alcoholic soft drinks and juices, coffee, music and games.

Tickets include entrance into the festival, a branded glass beer mug, free tastings (at select stands) and an exceptional afternoon of music, games and delicious food for purchase.

Donations of books and blankets (lightly used or new) and canned food will be collected at the festival and distributed to select charities afterwards so be sure to bring those items along.

The Cape Field Artillery (CFA) Pipes and Drums band will intermittently perform songs in full traditional kilt wear throughout the afternoon.
